easiest way to change a percentage to a fraction?

like for example 56%? thanks!

Put the percentage on the numerator, and 100 on the denominator. That's all there is.
So 56% as a fraction would be 56/100.

You might need to do extra work if you want it reduced (in this case the simplest form would be 14/25), but if you just need a fraction then 56/100 is enough.

That one would just be 31/100, since 31 doesn't have a factor of 2 or 5.

Search "fraction reducer" in Google. I find it helps a lot with these kinds of problems.
