domain of convergence (proof almost done need help finishing????)

Find the domain of convergence of the power series:

Now, I did the root test

So now I say when n is even i get:

and when n is odd i get:

Here's where I need help!
I believe now that I am supposed to look at the sup limit which is 3/4? Thus, the radius of convergence is 4/3?  So the series converges between (-4/3, 4/3)????
