help

An object moves according to the equation v(t) = 1 + 3 t2 with v in m/s and t >_0 in seconds. The displacement of the object in the interval t = 0 to 2 seconds equals
(A) 10 m
(B) 11 m
(C) 12m
(d) 13 m
(E) 14 m
