Please help me with this equation

I tried until here but can't continue dizzy, i am not good at math and can't think of other way. If someone know how, please show me how to continue or please kindly post the full calculation.

Remember that everything inside the integral except t is a constant:

Using the integrator, this doesn't seem possible to integrate with elementary calculus.
