Binary Quadratic Programming...
Hi all...
We are trying to implement a Scheduler..
For that we need to use Binary Quadratic Programming...
I couldn't find out any algorithm in optimisation implementing this..
Can some body help us out?
Any suggestion would be of great help to us.
