Pangram?????

I am giving a paragraph below which is not actually a pangram. This is the Preamble to the Constituion of a country. I am not referring as I am posting. The paragraph contains 25 alphabets of English language. Only one is missing. Read the Preamble. read it again, if necessary. After completing reading, in not more than 180 seconds (3 minutes), tell which is the missing alphabet. 3 minutes is par. Less than 3 minutes is outsanding. When you post your solutions, please post the time taken, if need be, by hiding it. Start........
