help again..sorry

A body is initially at an origin, O, and at that instant has a velocity of 14m/s.
The acceleration, t seconds later, is (3t -11) m/s².
Find the velocity of the body when it is next at O.

Answer is -6m/s

So the body will be next at O at t = 4 s. Put this into the equation for v and find v.
