Suppose you have the following pmf of the r.v's A, B, anc C:
P_(A,B,C) of (0,0,1) = 5/36
P_(A,B,C) of (0,0,2) = 1/36
P_(A,B,C) of (0,1,0) = 3/36
P_(A,B,C) of (0,1,4) = 3/36
P_(A,B,C) of (0,2,2) = 1/36
P_(A,B,C) of (0,2,3) = 5/36
P_(A,B,C) of (1,0,3) = 2/36
P_(A,B,C) of (1,0,4) = 4/36
P_(A,B,C) of (1,1,2) = 6/36
P_(A,B,C) of (1,2,0) = 4/36
P_(A,B,C) of (1,2,1) = 2/36
I have 2 questions
1) How do you calculate the expectation of BC?
2) How do we know that A and C are not independent?
