try this one

There are 4 books , out of which an arrangement is to be made so that ,when 2 books are pickedup, particular 2 books will always be together.how many possible arrangements can be made?

what'd you mean by particular 2 books, dont get it , 6 arrangements perhaps?

Or, if I'm thinking about it the wrong way, 4! = 24.

B = Book
P = Particular Book

I'm almost certain 6 arrangements is right.

Also, could you please show some attempt next time?

I bound 2P together , there are three rooms _B_B_ , the 2p can be placed in them , and the 2p can also switch position themself, so 3x2=6 arrangements
