There are 23 cards in first pile
how many cards are in second pile?

can u tell me how you work it out pleASE

If n is the same as in the 1st pile, then:

23-3=n
23-3=20
20=n

So;

5n+5=(5n)+5
(5x20)+5 = 105

So, by this method, thre are 105 cards in the pile.
