Way confussiling question

What is the mode of 4,4,16,7,4,16,7,and 16?

Is the anwser 4 and 16

OR

4,16,and 7

The mode of a set of numbers is the number that appears the most in that set.
In your set there are three 4's, three 16's and two 7's.

4 and 16 appear the most amount of times and so they are both modes. So yes, as you said, the modes are 4 and 16.
