Well, you could find a really easy-peasy site and do it the lazy (oops, I mean quick ) way, or, you could take the time to either;

a) Buy hosting & a domain, etc.
b) Get good/excellent free hosting from somewhere.

I kind of hate all free hosting sites that don't allow FTP access. I mean, take Piczo, for instance. Absolutely useless. You can't do anything with Piczo - You can just put on what they want. I'd rather have a nice clean-hosted page with no advertisements than a free-hosting site that is extremely limited and strict on their things, and puts a lot of advertisements on your webpage.

Conclusion: I hate Piczo. And all non-FTP-access free hosting sites. Don't go with them.

Check the IP of each hit, if you can. You'll see that most of the hits are either from you or a spider (whether it be Google, Yahoo, MSN or Jeeves - Well, a Jeeves Spider is quite rare).

No, I haven't gotten it wrong. There are usually two types of common IP - One for internet/modem (etc.) use, and one for your computer.

A spider is something that 'crawls' the web, looking for links and ads, etc. They can be quite annoying, since, say you have a forum, a spider could come along and post a text ad or some gibberish.
