New resources on arithmetical roots solving algorithmsI hope the following webpage on new roots solving algorithms based on the Arithmonic mean (a particularcase of the Rational Mean) could be of some interest for this audience: Last edited by arithmetic (2006-01-24 03:30:26) #2 2006-01-24 10:56:14
Re: New resources on arithmetical roots solving algorithmsThanks, arithmetic! It was very interesting. I might even splurge on the book. I always did, and continue to, believe that much of math is too complex for the average person. (At least they seem to believe it is.) The sad thing is that it is only as complex as it is because of our lack of knowledge. I tend to think that if we truly understood the concepts we grasp at that we could explain them easily and effortlessly. I, like Einstein, believe that there will come a time when we will be able to explain everything in the univers with one small equation. |
