What is the name of this?

Hello.

I have a question related to this:

18 => 1 + 8 = 9
25 => 2 + 5 = 7
95 => 9 + 5 = 14 => 1 + 4 = 5
19 => 1 + 9 = 10 => 1 + 0 = 1

The number transformation that's been used here, how is it called? Does it have any special name in mathematical vocabulary?

Thank you.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.
