free image storage
Hi,
If I want to post an image I use the image upload option if it is small or post it to my website and link it with an img tag if it's large.
I am about to switch ISP and will no longer have a website. Most of it's content is now unused so that's no great loss. But there are a few images that I'd like to make available on the forum from time to time. 5 Mb would be plenty.
So what I'm looking for is a free site that will allow me to upload images (gif or jpg) and then link to them on the forum. So far I've only found sites that are 'free' until they send the first bill or lack the flexibility of the website link option. (eg. I'd have to email people who want to view the image).
Anyone got any ideas?

There are many websites that provide image sharing services, but I don't know how many of them allow sharing privately...

I'll check them out. Private is not a problem. I'll only upload images I want to be freely available.
