Time Management for Exams...

This is more about maths exams than anything else, so sorry if this isn't relevant to this forum, but I need some help making a timetable for my revision as the exam season is fast approaching.

I have 16 exams in the summer, with these dates:

Format - Paper name: Exam Date (Number of days remaining from today)

6PH01: 17th May (61)

D1 + S1: 18th May (62)

F332: 23rd May (67)

6PH02: 25th May (69)

M2 + D2: 31st May (75)

M4: 1st June (76)

M3: 14th June (89)

S3 + C4: 21st June (96)

S4 + FP2: 22nd June (97)

FP3 + M5: 25th June (100)

AEA: 26th June (101)

Whenever I prepare for an exam, I complete every past paper there is. Each exam is 90 minutes long, apart from F332 which is 2 hours, and AEA which is 3 hours. I have listed the number of past papers I have to do for each module:

S1 : 53
S3 : 20
S4 : 17
C4 : 62
M2 : 47
M3 : 46
M4 : 20
M5 : 16
D1 : 37
D2 : 24
FP2 : 41
FP3 : 40
F332: 23
6PH01 : 11
6PH02 : 12
AEA : 11

TOTAL: 480 papers...

I really don't know where to start with organising how to get all of these past papers done before each exam starts. Is it possible to complete all of them? I can complete some exam papers in under an hour but others, like M3, can require the full 90 minutes. How would I go about making a timetable?

Thanks.

Re: Time Management for Exams...

My advice (speaking as both a trainee teacher and as someone who who has studied for exams in the past) is don't try and do all the mock exams. Prioritise using two factors - firstly how soon is the exam and secondly how well do you know the topic. If you do one mock exam and you aced certain elements, but you needed improvement on other areas, then when you do the next mock paper, concentrate on the areas you needed more time with.

Don't burn yourself out before you get to the exams.
