You could also say that it has to do with symmetry, if you wanted. I like it though!

I guess the Wiki will become what people make it become.

I put it there as a "Community Resource". It is like a big powerful thing that sits quietly in the corner because no-one can think what to do with it

Now, it doesn't make sense to duplicate the Wikipedia which has LOTS of entries about maths, but it's explanations are mostly deep and dry.

But apart from saying "Don't duplicate the Wikipedia" I don't really want to steer MathWiki, I want members to contribute just what they want to.
