Probabilty

I'm working my way through some probability questions but, despite employing the correct approach, I'm falling at the last hurdle. Please show me how 13/15 x 0.5 x 0.5 x O.5 x 0.5 + 2/15 x 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 becomes 5.52%.
   I just can't arrive at that result.

Re: Probabilty

Hi StrollingBy;

13/15 x 0.5 x 0.5 x O.5 x 0.5 + 2/15 x 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3

You have a typo.

You times the answer by 100 to get percent.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.

Re: Probabilty
