How can I get this equation?

Hi

I have the following equation:

2a/n (1/2n^2 log n - 1/8 n^2) + Θ(n)

What are the steps that I can do to let the previous equation be the following:

a n log n - (an/4 - Θ(n))

What are the steps between both of them ?
