A hanger!Hi;
We will use geogebra! In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #2 2011-10-16 08:28:25
Re: A hanger!Hmmm ... the roots of y = x^2 + 5x + 4 - 10 = x^2 + 5x - 6 are -6 and 1, so the side length is 7 and area is 49 "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #3 2011-10-16 09:33:50

Re: A hanger!I did have the advantage of your illustration. "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #5 2011-10-16 17:35:48
