sums that total ten

-5 + 20 - 5 = 10
-4 + 18 - 4 = 10
-3 + 16 - 3 = 10
-2 + 14 - 2 = 10
-1 + 12 - 1 = 10
0 + 10 + 0 = 10
1 + 8 + 1 = 10
2 + 6 + 2 = 10
3 + 4 + 3 = 10
4 + 2 + 4 = 10
5 + 0 + 5 = 10
6 - 2 + 6 = 10
7 - 4 + 7 = 10
8 - 6 + 8 = 10
9 - 8 + 9 = 10
10 - 10 + 10 = 10

3 + (2 + 2) + (1 + 1 + 1) = 10

1 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 1 = 10
