Conserv. vector field

F is a vector field defined as

F = (2x/(x^2+y^2)-1/x-1/y, 2y/(x^2+y^2)+beta*x/y^2)

where x, y > 0.

For which beta is F conservative? And determine a potential to F with those beta's.
