Hi Mandy;

Do not worry, I am not bothered by your question. I believe it is against forum rules to hand out my email. You can always reach me here.

Hi Mandy;

Glad the games are helping. I play them once in a while too. The weather here is dry, I am in the desert. But it does look like rain today!

Re: problems with time table

Hi Mandy;

Yes, what problem are you having trouble with? It only takes 3 multiplications and an addition or subtraction
so we can do it together.

Re: problems with time table

Hi;

To add the two fractions 1 / 3 + 2 / 5

Multiply the 2 numbers that are in the boxes: 1 times 5 is 5

Multiply the 2 numbers that are in the boxes: 3 times 2 is 6

Multiply the 2 numbers that are in the boxes: 3 times 5 is 15

Now add the 5 and the 6

Now put that over the 15 you have up there.

And you are done!

Re: problems with time table

Hi mandy jane;

That is a very simplified method. It does not simplify  the fraction when it needs to. Also there is subtracting 2 fractions. Tell me when you are ready.

Hi mandy jane;

Currently I do not have much time for other sites. I am busy working on problems that are backed up. You can talk to me right here about the USA.
