How to remember numbers?

As a passionate of mathematics, we all love numbers, don't we? smile

But how can you remember numbers? Well, there exist a few mnemonic methods. One of them is by mathematical formulaes: instead of remembering a large number you remember the mathematical properties which are (sometimes) easier to remember. Other powerfull techniques are the major system and the count system.

I would like to share my website with you to help you memorizing numbers:
Feedback welcome. Thanks in advance.

Re: How to remember numbers?

Its a nice search engine.

I tried 169 and it says I forgot something tongue

Doesn't work quite good for Large numbers though
e.g. I tried 16553 and it returns the following searches...
Taj ul-Alam
Seth Gilliam
etc which don't prove to be any help, whatsoever, to me!?

If two or more thoughts intersect, there has to be a point!

You remember Floyd Patterson or sugar Ray Robinson?

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.

Re: How to remember numbers?

I put "1234" and it showed all these complicated things, it couldnt just say Count to 4 from 1.

Re: How to remember numbers?

Seems to be a little complicated

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.
