i dont get it
it would be a 100 ft or am i getting the question wrong?
well duh that would be a 100 ft
soo the first problem the triangle is an iscoseles triangle? cause both sides equal the same right? or not? and do the sin and tan and cos have diffrent purposes or can you use them all?
I dont like fractions. decimals are better cause they dont have to mess with two numbers like the fraction with the numerator and the denominator
I like the first one and the third one xD
and for the cos i got 53.13 by doing 3/5 then clicking cos-¹
i did for the tan 4/3 and then clicked tan-¹
i did for the tan 4/3 and then clicked tan^-1
oh so the sine is equal to the tan
let me see about the cos
i got 53.13°
huh what do you mean wait where did he go?
oook so it doesent really matter? so you could pick any one of them .im not getting this
soo 3/5 = 36.87°
am i right i used sin can you explain to me why i picked sin to get a?
im using the windows calculator and i got about 53 degrees? why did you pick sin not cos or tan?
is it the "sin" with the negative 1 exponent?
ok but what do i now do ? i get how to find the tan sin and cos but what now?
hi im back and for the triangle question im guessing you have to use cosine.. right? and im guessing the angle is umm lets see uhh im confused i did the 3/5 and i got 0.6 but that definattly isnt the answer cause the angle looks way bigger helpz D:
oh
ill figure that out later bye
what triangle and gtg now ill be back in the afternoon bye
well i dont get how the opposite thing works or the adjecent thing works either but i know the hypotenuse is always the longest
i havent learned it yet but i saw it somewhere i think it was sin = opp/hyp cos = adj/hyp and tan = opp/adj right?
ya a right triangle is made up of a right angle and two other angles so ya
ok ive only read the example one and it shows you how you find the sin tan and cos but why do you use them and when? im sorry if theyve the tutorial has already answered my question but im kinda of a bad reader.
i think so
but actually its lua not java
