A committee of 4 people is to be selected from 10 people. How many ways can this be done?
I presume this implies Combination WITHOUT repetition, and if so I got 210. The formula I used was n!/k!(n-k)!
Thus, 10*9*8*7/4*3*2 = 210
Now a follow up question is: If there are 5 men and 5 women, what is the probability there would be at least 1 woman?
\How do I do this? What formula do I use?
