I think more people need to play...
I mean, after two killings, it was kinda obvious.
Also, the reason why it took so long - I tried to kill stewie first, but alas, he gave a fake address, so I had to choose someone else. Then I got MathsIsFun's address and sent death messages three or four times...and I waited around 4 days for him to post his message. Then I realised something was wrong, so I checked the email address and I think Rora typed the wrong address!
And you spell who's like this: whose.
I think stewie and I were the only people left to guess...apart from Zach, but he wouldn't tell. I haven't seen Kiana baby1 since this started so I'm guessing she's not playing.
And Zach's only got 41 to go!
With Rod's magic square above (I see that it's gone missing) any 2x2 group of numbers in a quare that you pick also adds up to 34.
Here is a 5x5 magic square:
17 14 6 3 25
8 5 22 19 11
24 16 13 10 2
15 7 4 21 18
1 23 20 12 9
It is symmetrical around its centre square, which means if you pick any two numbers which are opposite, they will add up to twice the centre square.
Also, if you tiled a floor with the above magic square, you could select any 5x5 grid and it would still be magic.
Here's some balloons...now, no one bring a pin near here...
Does 10² + 10² = 20² though?
10² + 10² = 20² is the same as 100 + 100 = 400 which doesn't work out
10 square metres + 10 square metres = 20 square metres but
10² + 10² = (14.142)²
10² + 10² = 200 so
10² + 10² = (√200)²
10² + 10² = (14.142)² to three decimal places
So the length of the diagonal is actually 14.142 metres...
Yay! The suspense was killing me...
1 degree Fahrenheit = 255.927778 Kelvin
1 Kelvin = -457.87 degrees Fahrenheit
But, if it were me, wouldn't Stewie be dead by now.
Yeah, but didn't Stewie say that he gave a fake email address earlier on?
Ooh, that might work k-g-b.
That's right...and the flute...and I'm trying to learn to play the clarinet *odd squeaking noise*
I've got no idea at the moment, but don't tell us the answer yet, please Rora!
I think I know this one...but somebody can remove it if I get the answer...
The man gets the axe, cuts the table in half, two halves make a whole, so he jumps through and escapes!
But in my version of the joke, he doesn't have an axe. Instead, firstly he bangs his head on the wall to make it 'sore' and then saws the table in half.
OK, let's have a party ... how?
What would make a party? Us all on at once? Or some nice software upgrade, or some games?
Suggestions welcome !
We need some decorations around the page...balloons, streamers!
And a cake!
Oh yeah, and who's bringing the food?
P.S. stewie, I found a picture of Mr Lee.
Lame, I know.
YES!
Well, now, I suppose it's two to one, stewie.
Well, in the USA they say math, and in the UK and Australia they say maths. So yes, that is correct, I suppose.
Math = maths
1 2 3 4
O O O O
1 O O 4
2 3
1 2 3 4
O O O O
O O 3 4
1 2
Or something like these, with one bendy row and one straight.
4.3 posts per day compared to your 10!
And I see you're almost up to 1000 posts!
We need another party!
Once I remember the teacher brought her car along to school and we tried to fit the whole class in - there were about 25 of us, I think. And there were people in the boot too!
Doh! Um...
Not even a month yet, though!
I am? Me ? Well known? *shrugs*
I'm not really sure if this is a good suggestion or not, or if there is a way of fixing it, but anyway, I'll have a go...
When I turn up to this forum, blue boxes appear next to discussions with new posts, threads, whatever. Then if I leave the window open for a while, or log out of the forum all those boxes disappear even if I haven't read them yet.
Could the boxes possibly stay until you have read the post? (This is probably a really stupid question, but I'm not an expert on forums...) I know of another forum where 'new' posts stay new until you have read them, but I think you must have cookies enabled in your browser for that.
Does anyone feel the same way? Opinions, people...?
