I feel that we use numbers to see the practical side of things that is opposite of the emotional side.
It helps to keep us balanced by not making us an emotional fool.
note:this is my personal opinion and i don't mean to hurt anyone's feeliings.

it is said that anything divided by 0 is infinity and when anything divides 0,its value is 0.
for ex:- 1/0=infinity
& 0/1=0
but then what will be the value of 0/0.
i think the answer is infinity but am not sure.

well,i was calculating the value of 9^9^9 which contains several million digits.
it is said that it would take around a year for a person to really read that entire number.
