How can you say that 1/11 + 1/12+ ....+ 1/40 > 4(1/40) ?
It would be ok to say : 1 + 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4 + ....+ 1/11 + ....+ 1/40 > 40(1/40). But here the sequence starts at 1/11 so I'm afraid there's something wrong with your reasoning.
