Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I have no other options, and probably won't over the next few years. I'd be willing to bet quite a bit of money on that.

Okay, see you later.

You never know what is going to happen next.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

I agree with you regarding the satisfaction and importance of actually computing some numbers. I can't tell you how often I see time and money wasted because someone didn't bother to run the numbers.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Then why get all negative about it? It will happen when it will happen after that will come the real pain.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I suppose so. But experience would have been nice -- they say your teenage years are some of the best years to get some relationship experience before you get one in your adult life.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Hi;

That is nonsense. Your teenage years are the years that are sure to get you into the most trouble. Experimenting as they recommend is foolhardy. In a couple of years you will be full grown. You will have an occupation. You will be smarter than you are now. Why go into battle with half an army when you can go fully loaded? If something comes up fine, but these are not your best years. It is all in front of you!

But surely you don't want to be too old with no experience?

I would say no chances. I have tried to talk to women but they just don't seem to want to talk to me. Can't last longer than a few minutes without losing them.

She was the same, I could not last longer than few minutes without her going back to her room. She also did not like me, she preferred the other flatmates.

Twice, but she was not out for very long.

And anyway, I really didn't like her at all. She even made some racial remarks about people from my country.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Again, that was your choice. Are you looking for Miss Perfect or are you looking for a date?

Twice is more than enough, remember their patience and attention span is much less than ours.

Which part of you are you trying to satisfy? Your physical side, your emotional side, your spiritual side or your intellectual side? When you can answer that, then we can estimate the difficulty of getting that accomplished.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I'm not sure what I'm looking for anymore. Sometimes I feel like I just want a date, or perhaps something casual, but cannot make up my mind.

In general I have been suffering from a lack of confidence since first year ended, too little to even think about approaching women. Gained a bit of weight and started to look a bit chubby, too. 5'6 and 142 lb I believe. Am now at about 136 lb and have been thinking about getting into bodybuilding to help me get some confidence back -- been doing a lot of bodyweight exercises to start with for around a month now, such as squats, calf raises, push ups and crunches, just to get to a basic level of fitness. But my body has been recovering quicker since it probably needs more resistance.

I have just been doing bodyweight exercises at home, but want to go to a gym eventually. The trouble is I don't know how anything works in a gym.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

There are machines that control the weights so there is less danger to you although some gyms have free weights too. Do not worry, you will figure it out pretty quick.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Start with light weights, say 30 pounds.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Bicep curls 20 lbs. Use 40 for bench presses, 8 - 10 reps for 3 sets. Check out the charts that will be around the machines. Do not use too much weight to start. Go easy on the deep knee bends. Work your abs and use the run in place machine for say 10 minutes. You will see many more in the charts or download some material. Drink plenty of fluids, if you take supplements increase the dosage. Stop at the first sign of sharp pain. You will be very sore the next day, this is normal.

Take a day off and then begin again the next day. You will notice immediate gains. Soon the weights you are moving will feel inconsequential and then you put more weight on. Pay no attention to anyone male or female that is near you. Concentrate, this is a mental exercise too! Concentrate on the areas you are exercising, this increases blood flow to them and lessens pain and the chance for injury.

Begin to improve your diet, your body is a temple. It is the only gift that is given to you. It is your only chance and it must last a lifetime. Treat it with respect. Remember you are 3 parts, mind, body and soul. Each one requires sustenance and maintenance.

I have already mentioned the fact that you are not working out to compete with anyone. In public gyms there will sometimes be someone working out close by who will be moving more weight or be more flexible. Do not let that influence you to immediately grab for more weight because you want to show off or are feeling insecure. These are signs of a flabby mind that needs training more than your body. Savvy?

The first couple of times will be hard but soon you might grow to love it and when you miss a session you will miss the training. This is just a guideline, go at your own pace and make your own regimen.
