Going bowling with you?

With me and adriana and some other people probably, yes. Unless adriana was lying, I didn't hear it directly from Hannah.

Did you expect there to be more people than just the three she suggested?

Probably. adriana and Hannah don't know each other well, and me and Hannah don't know each other well. It'd be a bit awkward so she probably invited more people.

Probably a few more people. They bowl a lot in England?

Not really, it's more of a sport for old people over here...

Strange she should suggest it then.

Young people play it from time to time though.

The game may have originated in Germany but definitely was played in England, that is how it eventually came to the US. It is very popular here.

I could be wrong -- I'm just not a big fan of bowling. But typically when my friends want to do something it has never been bowling... if it's a sport to play together it's usually badminton or football or table tennis or something.

Hanh told me she works at a ph@rm@cy on a road only 15 minutes away from me. She is working a shift right now. Do you think I should go down there and surprise her? I haven't seen her since the UCL open day, on the 30th of November.

Yep! That would be a good idea.

She did not tell me which ph@rm@cy it was though, because she said she felt nervous about meeting me. The good thing is that I already know which one it is.

Sounds like all systems are ready to go.

I looked in both shops and she wasn't in either one of them. It's a very long road though, there might be more further down...

In the meantime get the address.

Due to the hours she works and how far she lives from home she says as soon as she gets home she has to cook and eat dinner then goes to bed, wakes up and makes lunch for the morning. She doesn't come online unless it's the weekends... and even then she might not give me the address.

Wanna bet? I say if you ask you will receive.

Hmm, she will probably not be online until the end of the week, then...

Why not? Send her a letter.

Looks like I was right, Hannah just wanted to brag about getting into Oxford. I should not have replied.

So what? A little bragging isn't going to hurt you. Congratulate her and mean it. We all get different breaks and chances during life and those who start out ahead do not always end up that way.

Yes but she doesn't seem interested in what I have to say at all, only herself. She didn't even ask how I did.

Obviously she does not care. Why do you expect her to?

I thought it was just basic manners. Why brag to little old me when there are hundreds of other people to brag to?
