But as Mark twain once said and I am paraphrasing, Be greatful for the dummies, how else could I succeed?!

**In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.**

**I agree with you regarding the satisfaction and importance of actually computing some numbers. I can't tell you how often I see time and money wasted because someone didn't bother to run the numbers.**

I guess that quote can be looked at in a number of ways.

As a dummy, I appreciate the smarter ones, as it can give me a source of motivation at times (although I tend not to use people as a source of motivation, it is better to work towards your own goals independent of others, sometimes).

They wanted to be but since they could not add or subtract they had to give up on their dream.

See you later, I need to head out.

Little bit of that and then I went up to the bank. After that I thought why not get some things over at the Office Max... Lot of walking. Pretty soon I was dehydrated. It was 100+ and the humidity was 1%. In other words it was worse than the Gobi desert. Came home and just passed out. Woke up, it was dark outside.

Ah, I forget how hot it can be in the US. I've never been, but the heat can take you by surprise.

I take it to be summer whenever the sneezing starts...

It is not like this all over the US. This is about the hottest spot.

Over here, 20 degrees Celsius is considered hot. Slight drizzle, windy but 15 degrees? Let's have a barbecue.

Chicken usually, though sometimes burgers and even fish.
