### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

That is the point, file her under forgettable.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.
All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I find it hard to do. All I can do is just focus on something else.

You can focus on how silly she is. How indulgent and what little sense she has. That will take the luster off of that face and make you see her realistically.

Oh, I do that all the time. I think of how silly she was to lead me on and then dump me completely for her BF. That makes me hate her temporarily.

Probably hate is too strong of an emotion for someone like that. Takes too much energy.  Be indifferent.

I will feel indifferent towards her, eventually. Give it a year or so.

Hers. Notice how quickly and efficiently she has forgotten about you and who knows how many others. Also, the perfect detachment inasmuch as she could remember you whenever she thinks you are of some value to her. If she has some task she remembers the appropriate guy to do it for her. Task done, she forgets him again. Wunderbar!

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Not too many guys are like him and maybe less are immune. The good news is you do not have to be 100% perfect. Any amount of detachment is fine and much better then none.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

The detachment I have comes and goes, I think. Depends on my confidence level at the time.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Exact a Mundo. Things always work both ways. Electricity will produce a magnetic field. A moving magnetic field will produce electricity. Confidence produces detachmnent. But you can go the other way, detachment -> confidence.

There was an old song, "Whenever I feel afraid I hold my erect and whistle a happy tune so no one will suspect I'm afraid... Make believe your brave and the world will think you are. You may be as brave as you make believe you are!

Our focus determines our reality, we create it, microsecond by microsecond. Act detached and you are detached. Confidence is a by product.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

It's quite easy to feel detached if I talk to other people -- and knowing that that is an easy solution to the problem is a good sign. Trouble is when I act detached for long periods of time, eventually I do something that contradicts that...

Today marks a month of not speaking to adriana, the first of many to come, I hope.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I think it is obvious that either she is content with having a BF, or that she told her BF about us and the BF has put his foot down. Kind of like how I should have done. Oh well; just a mistake, just means I'm less likely to make the same mistake next time.

That second guessing of ones decisions is the heart of all human suffering. They say,

would have and should have are words we never use...

Because they depress us and give us the blues.
