Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

But there is another issue, whether she is attracted to me. I need to be more sure.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

In this case just take your time. Make her comfortable around you until you get the go ahead.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Yeah, that will take some work... and with exam season fast approaching it won't be easy.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Less time to prepare for exams. I want 6A*s as a reward for the mental breakdown I had last year. But if I get with Holly that could slip to 4A*AB.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Could and could not. You really do not know. You pretty much do remind me of the American husband and wife. Both are so driven by their careers, they have no time for each other. They end up divorced, rich and
miserable
.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Well, my academics are very important to me. Nobody in my family has any kind of academic record, to them, going to university is akin to going to the moon. I don't want to let them down. You could also make the argument that talking to H cost me my place at Cambridge, since I could have got higher scores in those modules I didn't do so well in.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Yes, we could argue that the moon is made out of cheese but it is just conjecture. You will have to strike a balance between academic achievement and play time. Without that playtime you could break down mentally at worst and at best be a very dull fellow.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

But I have been striking that balance for the rest of the year -- when it comes to exam time, I cannot maintain that balance, I must tip it in favour of revision instead.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Well, after the exams, lessons finish, so no, I won't see her in school at least. She is going on holiday for the summer but I don't know when. And she is going to Leeds or Edinburgh so she'll be moving out to another city. So I have until about September.

So, if this was the girl of your dreams. The girl for you, you would not pursue her because it might affect your grades?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

So far, based on your other experiences...

1) She is still talking to you.

2) You find her attractive.

I hate to say this but the above two are all that it takes for girl of your dreams.

I don't know, I feel a bit reluctant about just rushing into something with someone.

A good sign is that I'm forgetting about adriana.

Yes, that's true. Can't believe it has been two weeks, I had lost count until I thought about it for a bit. I'd still like to beat that 25-day record.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I don't think I can ever put them completely out of my mind, I will always think about them a little bit, just with less intensity...

Did STEP III 2010 as a mock, got an S grade which means the hard work is finally paying off it seems! The probability questions looked interesting, but I doubt I would have made much progress on them...

No intensity is best. Concentrate on the job at hand. S, stands for what?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I thought of F a bit during the mock, but it didn't have much of an effect.

S is the highest grade you can get in STEP, not sure what it stands for. To be honest, I have to do more to be sure that this just wasn't an anomaly... this paper played to my strengths a fair bit. That may not happen in reality.
