F could do that to me?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I can not predict what she would do next.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

I agree with you regarding the satisfaction and importance of actually computing some numbers. I can't tell you how often I see time and money wasted because someone didn't bother to run the numbers.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Personally I think she would talk to me, act as if nothing happened, and she would probably say she has to go somewhere only for me to never see her again (again). Except this time I won't be as intimidated by her as I was a year ago.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Is that better? You can not even imagine her being nice to you. Not in your wildest dreams. Ignore her if she is there.

Hmmm.

Luke: Okay, I will try...

Yoda:Do or do not, there is no try.

Let's follow Yoda here. When you see that potato face train your stomach to become nauseous.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Maybe I don't need to go to that kind of length, but I could instead just do a brief nod, as if I am not surprised by her return -- being indifferent to her presence.

Evidence suggests she will be glad to ignore you so if you want to please her do the same.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

That behaviour still confuses me. Hanh tells me it was because she didn't want a relationship with me (no kidding!), so chose not to tell me because she was too embarrassed (what?).

Might be somebody much better.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Given my recent luck, I highly doubt it... and given that it is a maths module, it is most probably a guy.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

That would be the best result. You would not notice him. That way you will concentrate better.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Cmon, snap out of it. You are pining away for some girl... Forget em! There are a million more where she came from.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

It doesn't seem like a million. But, maybe it will do at UCL.

Maybe you should try a different sort of girl.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

One that is not English. I understand that Britain has the highest rate of immigrations of any country in the world. Twice the rate of the US. There are lots of eastern European girls supposedly there.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Well, adriana was not English... and to be fair, F was actually half Scottish half Armenian, whilst C was of Irish descent. R is Scottish, IY was Greek, Hannah is Bosnian......

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Then I would suggest staying away from the brainy types. I never did particularly well with them.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

C and IY weren't the brainy type. adriana, not sure if I would classify her as the brainy type.
