Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Most of them did not like my humor. They did at first but then decided they did not.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I guess sometimes changing one's sense of humour can help, once you get used to what they like. I know adriana likes dirty/toilet humour, for instance. R likes jokes that are a little harder to figure out. And of course, PJ simply doesn't like humour.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

That is something I would never do. Adjust any part of me to suit them. Becoming unrecognizable to yourself is not a good idea.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I don't change myself to the extent that I become a different person. It is merely the case of having a bag of different jokes and picking certain ones out, not putting on a completely different persona -- to me at least, anyway.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

There is a another person I know who I think is funny. His girl does not think he is funny. It causes him a lot of pain. Therefore, one should unleash your whole math of jokes on the girl upon first meeting her. If she is still there after the last joke then I say marry her.

I usually use humour when first talking to someone as it makes them smile and loosens up the atmosphere... I agree that in the long-term that kind of thing can be important. Just imagine being married to PJ, how depressing that might be.

Depressing? She is down right gloomy. Biology does that to people.

Yeah she is pretty gloomy. I walked halfway home today with her, our conversation was kind of boring...

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Usually they talk about crossbreeding humans and chimpanzees or the mating habits of fruit flies. Downright weird.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I don't know if PJ actually likes me or not, though. I've noticed that she said the F-word in a sentence around me, possibly to impress me, because I've never, ever heard her say that before. She said she has her eye on some guy who is currently the ex of a friend of hers too. Perhaps I have been friendzoned (not that I care too much, given that it's PJ of all people).

The ex of a friend, hmmm. The fruit flies were more interesting.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Yep. In a dry spell, PJ is the cream of the crop. And that cream is particularly sour.

If that is all that is available and you want to date then your options are clear.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I won't force myself to pursue PJ, that probably isn't worth it...

I was looking at the exam timetable for my school, and apparently there's one student, in 'Year 14' (my school ends at Year 13, so it's someone a year older than me), who is sitting the maths modules, 'Statistics 4' and 'Decision Maths 2'. This is quite strange... nobody has ever done Statistics 4 at my school, apart from me last year. Then I thought that it might be F... because she dropped out of Cambridge this year. Do you think I should go find out who it is?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Well, if it is F, then it means I will probably be seeing her during my exams, so I can prepare myself for such an encounter.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Hmmm, you have obviously never seen one of them freak out. It is a sight to chill the blood. They have extraordinarily violent tempers and even being vicious I had to retreat on at least two occasions.
