### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

We played truth or dare before that while she was in Slovenia, late at night; for a moment things started getting personal (in an intimate way), but that evaporated with the 6-week wait. She didn't mention it at all when we talked though, so it probably didn't bother her as much as I thought it did. At the time she seemed very into it too.

Those moments do not last long. Delays are deadly.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.
All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I was hoping to get things going in that period -- she was the one who gave me the delay. I tried to get a bit closer and it didn't work.

Who initiated that, you or her?

I did, we were both bored and it was very late.

If it was you then she may have backed off. This is not the same as her initiating the action.

I guess not everyone is like adriana in that regard -- lots and lots of flirty messaging without me having to initiate much.

Yes, Katie, but she is inconsistent too -- sometimes she sends me one e-mail per day, other times she takes several days to several weeks to respond.

Pretty lean pickings. You are in a dry spell.

Compared to when I didn't talk to girls at all before I was 17, this is a feast!

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I am honestly shocked that they are still even talking to me (granted, not much) since early November. I initially sent e-mails to 4 girls, and got 3 responses -- that was unexpected.

Why are you shocked?

I am going to make some soup, that is all I have in the house until I go shopping. It is too windy today so it will be soup and more soup tonight. See you in a bit.

It is an attitude like that, that causes much pain. It pays to be analytical when doing math but you should not treat life like it is just another equation.

### Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

It was more of a hope for the best, expect the worst sort of thing. I had nothing to lose, worst case scenario I just never see them again or I don't hear from them.

R is talking to me again (said she had a problem with her e-mail, not sure I buy it), Holly is too. I just can't help but feel R is just a friend though. I have known her for years, since I was 11/12 we used to go to a creative writing club together.
