Unless it is kept quiet... it is difficult to do that for some people I imagine, since lots of guys would boast about that.

Yes, they would.

She has probably done it before and will do it again. Eventually she will get canned for it.

Yes. Who knows how that guy's grades may have been affected...

I am a bit annoyed, I sent adriana two detailed e-mails about the gamma and beta functions with examples five days ago (because she was interested in them), and she hasn't got back to me.

They would say she is a "type." And you can not take offense at a "type." That expression is thousands of years old.

She thinks only of herself.

That is disappointing...

Why not just not send anymore math as she does not appreciate it.

Or maybe not send anything more period... although knowing me I probably won't be able to stop myself after a few weeks in.

You have someone else to email. Email her.

So, what do you need the other one for?

I liked talking to her, I miss hanging around at her house.

That is the horror of it but it takes two to hang out and have a conversation.

It is lovely knowing when someone has made you their lowest priority...

It happens and is only a drop in the bucket. Be a little unattainable and she might raise that up a little.

You mean, wait several days before replying?

Yep, no point in replying quickly when she takes days herself.

This is, of course, assuming she will ever respond.

That is true. If she does not then you do not.

It's a stark contrast to how she was before. If we went a day or two without contact she'd tell me that she really wants to stay in contact, really wants to hear from me, etc... now, a week without contact is perfectly normal.

I guess this is how all friendships end up. One of my best friends and I used to talk every day last year; now we talk less but we talk more if there is sport on TV or to arrange a meeting.

Friendship with women... I am one of the few people left in the world that believes that to be impossible.

Well, it is hard to do it without thinking of them in a romantic sense...

That is why it is impossible. Romance intensifies everything.

Yes, and there were times where I felt that was the case when I was at her house. Times when we were alone, it was dark, and there was no one else in the house for instance.

I think you missed your chance right there.

I think so too. I was just afraid of her reaction (her having a BF and being defensive about it via e-mail), and I shouldn't have been afraid of that and should have acted on impulse. That's part of the reason why I'd like to go back once again, to try and get what I should have got, although it is probably too late now. I mean, I shouldn't have been so thick, what girl would cuddle with me while watching a dirty/hardcore movie for half an hour?
