I am trying my best to try and forget. It is difficult, but I can start by removing any kind of emotional attachment I feel to them. For instance, at the moment, I am slowly caring less and less about adriana with each day that passes. The fact that we are talking on a less regular basis is helping me. For me, I just try to think about something else as soon as the thought of her enters my head.
