Well, she did not get it this time.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

As you are undoubtedly discovering too, they are a mass of contradictions. On the one hand they hate weak guys that they think they can push around but at the same time they can get annoyed when you do stand up for yourself.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.
All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.

Yes, and it makes me really hate playing this 'dating game'...

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Hmmm, it just gets more tedious as you get a little older.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

If the dating game gets more difficult then unless I improve I probably will not have much more of a chance than I do now...

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

The secret is volume, like everything else. Homework guy and every other guy I knew tried a lot of girls.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Maybe I will increase that volume at uni. In the next 6 months though, not a chance.

Why not, what is happening in the next 6 months?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Dry spells are part of game too. I do not know how many the others had but I had my share.

What would you say is a dry spell?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Well, the last one is about 3 years. I tend to be a little bit pickier than HG or his friends.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Is a dry spell one in which you do not speak to any women?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Of course, why else would you ever speak to them or them to you unless intimacy was in the back of both minds. Offhand talking like in a supermarket does not count.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Hmm. Truth be told, if offhand supermarket chat does not count, then I can't think of many instances where I have actually talked to a girl. In person, I mean. I would be able to count them on one hand, probably.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

It could happen in the supermarket if you are purposely flirting with her or she with you. That would count.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

What about, if a girl asks you how to make up concentrations of solutions or how to do a calculation?

I would classify that as neutral. of course, HG would disagree!

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

He was in college so he was in his early twenties. Later on he used a variation of it well into his thirties.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

He never got slapped. His confidence was intimidating. He became an excellent mechanic, he was and is a very bright guy.

Look at it this way, some guys use money and power, some guys use looks, some guys bulk up, he used his brain.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I do not think I could ever do that. Maybe I could try the money route.

Yep, nothing from adriana today. Why talk to me when she has a wonderful BF? I am now merely excess baggage unfortunately.
