But what do I say to her? I don't understand how this is keeping my options open? If I make an ultimatum of sorts, then I'd be burning my bridges if she gives me the wrong answer anyway. I don't believe it either and it makes me think there is something about me that is making her reluctant.
Maybe just a theory of mine, but I have a feeling I should have kissed her before I left. Then she might not be so reluctant.

It does not cost you anything to email her back infrequently but not cutting her off. You can always cancel the next meeting claiming you have something else to do.
If you think there are some chances with her then why lose that? It does not matter what she says, you have to go with your instincts.

I am kind of considering Katie but I'm still not sure about her. She comes from quite a wealthy family and in that sense reminds me of PJ a little bit, but she is less boastful than PJ and a bit more sociable, and prettier too. But to be honest I just think she's physically attractive... she seems a little bit bland, I don't know how else to describe her.

I don't know, physically Katie is cute but there are lots of little things too, like her breath smells, she is a messy eater etc. but those are also only little things.
