Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

That is what I meant.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.

She is awake right now too. She stayed up until 2 AM talking to me.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Well, they say, "better to light one candle than to curse the darkness." They also say, "darn them torpedoes, full speed ahead!"

They say alot of things, don't they? Anyway, the conjecture will soon be over.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Erm... I just found out that F quit at Cambridge. My friend who goes to Cambridge found out today. What could have happened? I don't know why but the news shakes me up a bit...

adriana is sending me about 50 e-mails a day.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

With  F's personality I am not surprised at anything.

Doesn't that remind you of H?

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Apparently the course might have been too much for her... or something. This is pretty shocking though; I'm wondering what she's doing for the rest of the year. I doubt they'd allow her to just go to another uni in the same year, she'd have to wait. I am surprised.

Yes, it does. H was different too (except she liked both guys and girls). adriana only likes girls, so she claims...

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I am guessing she had a breakdown.

Her preferences are not what I meant. Huge number of emails, therapy and then carted off to the looney bin.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

I know I shouldn't feel sorry for her, but I can't help it...

Hmm. Then perhaps she is useful for something brief, too, like H was.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Hmmmm, that is assuming that is what she wants. Ever seen a movie called, "Play Misty for me?"

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

It is about a deranged woman that stalks a guy. First he thinks it is okay but then she gets worse and worse. Finally, he has to kill her. Darn good movie.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Sure looks that way at times. Brevity is what you are hoping for but like the movie, brevity was the last thing on the other person's mind.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

H came across like that woman, but adriana isn't. It is hard to explain, but adriana doesn't really seem stalkerish. But with H, I thought that about her from the outset.

50 per day; they are quite short e-mails, usually only a couple of lines long. Some consist of only a few words.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

Wait, you're talking about the movie she wants to watch with me? It is Good Will Hunting. She told me she picked it because I remind her of the main character, even though I told her that that is silly. I haven't seen the movie in full, only bits of it. I don't know why it's her favourite.

Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula

12:30 PM, to arrive at the bus stop at 14:00 where she'll take me to her house. I'll leave at 18:00 or so. I've got my journey planned, the maths material, and I'm gonna bring some food and water just in case. Who knows what she has in store for me.
