There is a free place available that I'm trying to get not far from where I live now, and I don't want to move too far away because I'm going to UCL. As it stands, the university is only a half an hour bus ride away.

Everything is pretty much the same. The interior has the same layout as our current flat. We took some photos last year... hopefully it won't have changed drastically. It is literally 50 metres away from our flat and my parents have even said that I can come by for dinner if I can't afford to have it.

Thank you... yes, if I got it, that would be perfect. It would make the next 4 years a lot easier. adriana wants to move out but she wants to go to Warwick and live in halls. But she says she wants to be independent. She has Durham as an insurance.

It's a lot easier living like that though. I bet F is finding it really easy; at Cambridge you can eat in the college really cheaply and they give you all sorts of bursaries to help you. But in my own flat I can pretty much do what I want as long as it doesn't get me evicted.

Yes, it does take a lot. My old neighbour would often leave a trail of used condoms leading up to her door and they did nothing about it. I guess eviction could happen if I couldn't pay rent though.
