Trying to understand her? Hmm. I was just rather giving...support, and was curious (as this was one of the few times I was apart of the conversation rather then just reading things). Also, that is usually why I give up trying to read topics like these, its pretty rare I even join in on the conversation, but this time I did as I'm still having trouble getting to sleep, seems like its going to be another all nighter .

That is a point. She is a member and can read everything said here.

@Bobbym, I am aware of my own definitions There is no reason to worry about it

@Bob, I read your article and I found that it supports my argument

I am sure she isn't reading these posts but I would love to imagine that she is doing

'And fun? If maths is fun, then getting a tooth extraction is fun. A viral infection is fun. Rabies shots are fun.'

'God exists because Mathematics is consistent, and the devil exists because we cannot prove it'

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Hi Agnishom;

I thought you were going to study?

There is no reason to worry about it

That is good.

Yes I am going to study within another 10 minutes

I remember that the last question I asked her yesterday was whether she would have liked it if there was one more chapter included in our maths syllabus.

Was that a bad or rude question to ask?

Absolutely not. You never know about what upsets someone.

But she acted strangely and said how does it matter if she wants another chapter or not

Hmmm, she sounds like she is angry at something.

Hi;

Did you do something to cause her some discomfort?

I am not sure but there is a possibility

I shall explain later

Okay, do your studying. See you later.

It is really difficult to understand why she is so angry

Neither is she agreeing to tell me the reason

What should I do?

Hi Agnishom;

Is it totally hopeless to persuade her?

But the first thing I should do is to figure out what had been wrong, isn't it so?

Nevertheless, Is telling "Sorry" in person more effective than through the internet?

Hi;

Don't you think you should know what you are apologizing for?

That is what I am saying. What did you do? So, I ask again, is it impossible to get her to talk about what it is that she thinks you did wrong?

She said something which translates like "It (the reason) was not my responsibility to tell, It was your responsibility to understand. You have to acccept what I say"

I think Nky will help me

Do you not know what she means? Be honest now.

There can be several reasons I do not understand her fully

May I describe one such incident that happened last Thursday

Go ahead but please be sure it is a possible reason for her annoyance.

Hmm I am not sure if she should mind so much

Remember, that day I said I am going to buy something?

So for those ten minutes when I was not at home, she called me up and wanted to know the schedule for the upcoming Formative Assesment

My mother recieved the phone

and I hate to say this but my mother speaks in a little different tone which sounds a little rude

I dont know what my mother told her exactly but its kinda clear that Alokananda is hurt with that

Yikes! Reminds me of my mother who hated all my girlfriends. Mothers can be like that. They do not think anyone is good enough for their son.

If that is what is wrong then you are innocent. You cannot and should not correct your mother. Nor can you speak badly about your mother to this girl. Believe it or not she would lose respect for you. Nor should you let anyone else speak ill about your mother.

So, you are in a jam if that is true. The only thing is that you can take comfort in the knowledge that it was beyond your control what happened.
