Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaYes, but there are lots of roads that lead to our school (and it has different buildings which you have to walk around on the street to get to). It was 5 minutes walking distance away from our school. #5027 2012-10-05 04:18:33
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaHow long does the entire walk take? In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5028 2012-10-05 04:20:30
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaMy route is about a 35-minute walk, not sure how long hers is. #5029 2012-10-05 04:34:16
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaI just sent her a reply. #5030 2012-10-05 04:39:54
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaCould have been by accident that she used the same route as you. What else did she say? In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5031 2012-10-05 04:45:36
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 Formula"I've taken that route since I started walking to school 6 months ago. #5032 2012-10-05 04:49:00
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaNot a whole lot of clues in that. Odd that she has been taking that route for 6 months and you only bumped into her once. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5033 2012-10-05 04:54:58
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaYes, I agree. I don't want to bring up her weight either, because that is always an iffy topic with girls. #5034 2012-10-05 04:59:59
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaYes, they always think they are chubby even when they are not. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5035 2012-10-05 05:05:37#5036 2012-10-05 05:07:48
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaThen walking is the perfect thing for her. Burns calories and clears the head. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5037 2012-10-05 05:12:03
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaI agree, walking is a good way to burn calories. I might just be jumping to conclusions here though, can't assume she is doing it for weight loss. She may just prefer walking. (Though she probably wants to lose weight.) #5038 2012-10-05 05:15:19
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaMaybe she lost her ride. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5039 2012-10-05 05:21:32
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaFor 6 months? From where she lives, she could easily take the bus... #5040 2012-10-05 05:23:16
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaMaybe she began to hate the bus or maybe it is a question of finances. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5041 2012-10-05 05:25:13
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaI really doubt it is because of the finances. Travel is free for under 18s and she comes from a very wealthy family. Parents have PhDs, very high-paying jobs, etc... #5042 2012-10-05 05:34:22
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaHas she ever mentioned to you that she is the athletic type? In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5043 2012-10-05 05:37:07
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaNo. She said she has scoliosis which might explain why she isn't. #5044 2012-10-05 05:39:53
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaHi; In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5045 2012-10-05 05:43:30
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaWell, it is difficult to say and I cannot judge her in that respect, since I do not know what kind of pain she is in. I know that when I run for longer than 15 minutes I have to put ice packs on my knees, which is a shame because I have always wanted to compete in marathons. But I cannot, unless I doped myself up on lots and lots of painkillers. #5046 2012-10-05 06:09:09
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaYou can ask her about her condition. Most people after they get over the shock are quite willing to talk about their problems. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5047 2012-10-05 06:20:10
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaI could ask her about it, that might get her talking again. #5048 2012-10-05 06:37:18
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaThat seems to ruin them. Makes them shy or something. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #5049 2012-10-05 06:38:22
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaSome turned out fine. F's sister has a boyfriend (she went to a girls school too) and IY hangs around with boys a fair amount too (IY also went to an all-girls school). #5050 2012-10-05 06:39:42
Re: Linear Interpolation FP1 FormulaSo, is she shy or disinterested? Any clue? In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. |
