Re: Tech Acronyms

Lisp is a beautiful language.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.
All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.

Re: Tech Acronyms

I think so too, mainly cause I have one. But on Kick-As$ there was a guy who had a lisp, he was very cute. And featured in my signature.

Re: Tech Acronyms

Not a lisp, but LISP (List Processing), programming language invented by John McCarthy. The language of choice for the AI community.

Well you were the one that spelled it lowercase in the first place. And I'm still confused about this AI stuff??

Re: Tech Acronyms

Artificial Intelligence. Because in LISP everything is a list even the program itself. It was very attractive to early AI programmers.

Hi rhozillez;

Welcome to the forum! But LISP is still a beautiful language.
