Re: Wink Murder

Gah. I made an oath to guess tomorrow, yesterday. So, here goes; the killer was "Justlookingforthemoment". Stewie wasn't going to guess, Kate seems to have vanished and I'm just good.

Re: Wink Murder

I said that right at the start, under the alias [Ma loo ga wooga].

Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

Re: Wink Murder

Zach knows I did too.

Anyway, I think this round is over and so I say again that I will be in round 2.

Re: Wink Murder

I think stewie and I were the only people left to guess...apart from Zach, but he wouldn't tell. I haven't seen Kiana baby1 since this started so I'm guessing she's not playing.

Re: Wink Murder

I emailed Kiana and she asked if she was still playing, and she said yes............but no actions after........

I think we should give it another day for people who've just drifted off to come back if they will, then we should start a second round. Does anyone want to be in charge?

Re: Wink Murder

It sort of went OK - I laughed when I got told I had been killed! The sotries were great.

Any ideas as to how to make round 2 better?

... I have been searching around, and found a "mod" to the forum called "image awards" - apparently someone like a moderator can attach little icons near your name, that may be useful - you know "dead/alive" or something, anyway I could try to install that mod if you think it would help.

Re: Wink Murder

If it's not too much of a bother, that would help greatly. It would save us having to write lists on who's dead and who's not.

Re: Wink Murder

I think more people need to play...

I mean, after two killings, it was kinda obvious.

Also, the reason why it took so long - I tried to kill stewie first, but alas, he gave a fake address, so I had to choose someone else. Then I got MathsIsFun's address and sent death messages three or four times...and I waited around 4 days for him to post his message. Then I realised something was wrong, so I checked the email address and I think Rora typed the wrong address!

Re: Wink Murder

So, the means of notifying (via email) may not be the best way.

So, I shall look into this "image awards" thing to see if, and how, it works. That way a member will see that they are dead the next time they are on the forum.

Sorry about that!

Who would like to be in charge of the next round? Like, elect the murderer? If nobody wants to I will again......

I didn't vanish, I died! big_smile mmm afterlifeeee

--This game was fun, but a little shakey haha. I think round 2 will be much better, especially if we get those (dead/alive) icons. Also maybe when everyone enters the next one they should post their email or something. Haha could be easier for the murderer ^.^
(Btw thanks Rora for hosting the first game!)

Re: Wink Murder

Yes, I definitely want to get that icon thing happening, but I need to free up a day to do it. But that is not looking likely for a week or so, sorry.

Re: Wink Murder

I suppose I'll play again...depending when we're going to have this 'next round' because I'm not going to be able to be here for about a week.

Re: Wink Murder

OK, then we can start the next round in a week, maybe? We can start gathering names, anyway

Re: Wink Murder

So we're starting in a week's time?

I won't be here for a while, starting tomorrow - but I'll be back next Friday! Whoever's the murderer, if you kill me, I won't be able to post 'till then.
