Well, you could try to improve on those weaknesses until they disappear or get reduced. Revision books help.

For Instance,
If There Are Questions Like This
10-2 =7

1+2 =4
1+1 =3

Although I Know The Correct Answer ,i Do This By Mistake

Not really, it's just that you should read the question more thoroughly. Think before you write. You may not have plenty of time, but at least you have time to think.

Like If There Is Three Hours Exam,i Finish Exam In One Hour Then Feel Bad To Check
And When I Get My Report ,i Think If I Had Checked It I Would Have Got More Marks,i Say To Myself Next Time I Will Check It Surely.when Next Exam Comes, I Feel Bad After Writing Exam To Check

I hope I haven't misunderstood your post suha,
The exam, in a way, is your reward, providing you've worked hard during the year. All the hard work you've put in during the year is tested in the exam. If you've worked hard all throughout the year but get lazy on your exam, then I guess you would be disrespecting yourself and all the work you've put in.
You shouldn't feel bad to check back on your exam. I guess you just have to put the boredom and monotony of checking your working in the back of your head.
During exams I am constantly thinking about the day I will receive my marked exam back, with an above-satisfying mark and in a glorified and exaggerated way, and it becomes a goal during the exam. Those 2 hours spent checking my work will make all the difference, and 2 hours is nothing really, compared to a whole year (or however long you've been studying the topic). You'll realise this becomes far more important as you move into high school, and your marks decide your future.

Yeah, used to happen to me a couple times. Spend more time on the questions you're not sure about. Go speedy; Even though you might make stupid mistakes, go back over them and change them.

Well, if the question is long, take our a pen and scratch out all of the irrelevant information. Or, get a highlighter pen and highlight all the relevant info. Keep it simple.
