Luckily I have a lawbook at my local library (I live next door to one) which is updated with new information regularly. I'll check it out and take it out, that is, if no one else has taken it out.

The good ol' lawbook has been checked out. Probably by some guy who likes to read extremely large and dull books.

How I get my avatars;

a) I make them
b) I find images that I find interesting and then modify them (that is, if they aren't copyrighted)
c) I browse for some good images and then resize them (although I tend not to do this since Google Images isn't necessarily a reliable storage database/URL database for interesting avatars)

Those are my three basic principles on good avatar-finding. I rarely take images from colourful sites.

Anyway, an avatar is an image under 100x100 pixel resolution. Anything above, in my opinion, is considered to large to be an avatar.

WiZaRd is talking about how small the deal is when talking about an avatar.

Which is probably boring enough to make me sleep in front of my computer.
