Regarding #453, by using the words 'Total Surface Area', I thought it would automatically convey the meaning that it is a closed cylinder at the top and the bottom. I am sorry, if it didn't!
For #452, I need to say sorry again. The question should have been
√(3.6% x 40). I missed the decimal by oversight, and that made the question a bit more difficult to answer.
